Talk about a scared Momma. When we were just about to enter the woods Em's horse spooked (snake) and reared (she was 6) which caused Jonathan's horse to turn backwards very quickly. Oi! I struggle with Henry. We made it over half way though Misty and never got back to it. I suppose I should give it another go someday.Tamihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15214437821206430726noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7153352.post-40508134212706591462015-04-03T08:27:28.962-05:002015-04-03T08:27:28.962-05:00I DID have a horse phase, though mine was decidedl...I DID have a horse phase, though mine was decidedly more imaginary (a.k.a. bookish) than real. We listened to this one in audiobook a few years ago and I was taken by it. I haven't read anything else by Henry, though. I should remedy that! I don't know how I missed her when I was a horse girl. I have a distinct memory of our eldest reading one of the Henry books (maybe Brighty of the Grand Canyon?) and actually crying over it, which doesn't happen with her much at all. That's a sure sign of a winner in my book. :)Amy @ Hope Is the Wordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07949836482747469686noreply@blogger.com
