I'm moving. :-)
My journal now has a permanent home on my website thanks to my computer-savvy husband. PLEASE come visit me at:

I hope to be fully operational over there by the end of the week. I'm not sure what all files and such I'll be moving over, but I've been deleting pictures from way-old posts to make some more space. This is just the next step in my quest for simplification! :-)
Happy 4th of July to one and all!

Friday Fun
Things that make you happy. From the mind of Nattie Rose.

Where do you plan to go on vacation this year, or where would you want to go?
Well, we just got back from our first short trip to Ohio and we've got another short trip to Washington D.C. in the beginning of August for our anniversary.

What color is your bedroom? If you could redecorate it, what would you change?
The walls are white and the bedspread/bedding is purple and gray colors (kinda floral, but muted so it's not too feminine). When and if I get to redecorate, I would like to get a kacki (sp?) colored bedspread (something solid colored) and accent with something like a brick red for a splash of color.
Salad
Do you have a bumper sticker on your vehicle? What does it say?
I have two on my car . . . one is a country code sticker for Croatia, a round white circle with the letters "HR" in the middle. A souvenier of my mission trip there in 1998. And I have a Bush/Cheney sticker from the last election.
Main Course
What's the worst pain you've ever been in?
Photos from trip and quick recap to come shortly. :-)
My c-section. Not fun.
Dessert
Who is your favorite celebrity? What do they do that inspires you?
I don't get inspired by celebrity if that means an actor or actress. There are a few whose talents I prefer above others, but I don't consider that inspiring.
