Monday:
  • grilled chicken
  • mashed potatoes
  • gr. beans

    Tuesday:
  • meatloaf
  • salad

    Wednesday:
  • Mexican cornbread (crockpot)
  • chips & cheese dip

    Thursday:
  • potatoes w/ gr. beans and sausage/keilbasa

    Friday:
  • pizza

      That menu for the week. Horrifying! So many high glycemic foods. My Dear, Please find a book listing these "No No" foods. I fear for your future health and for that of your children.
