Not a great picture, but you get the idea how yesterday started. I am proud to be an American and so thankful for the opportunity to vote.

And because I have small children, one election story from the day. :) While we were standing behind the electronic voting booth, I explained to the girls that we had the opportunity to help choose the next president of our country. I asked them who they thought we should pick to be the next president. N1 didn't really have a preference at the time, but N2 thought we should vote for "Ee-why." That would be "Eli" - one of her little friends from church (age 3!)
